Congratulations to your little one on officially having ‘hard bones’! While their skull is soft to allow movement through the birth canal, the rest baby’s bones are more bone-like than ever!

Don’t forget to take care of yourself postpartum. It’s important to prep for your body’s recovery as well as baby’s arrival. Do some research and ask your friends and family how they healed postpartum to get some ideas!

Don’t have a pregnancy pillow yet? It’s not too late! Trust us when we say you deserve it.
