Week 34

The countdown is on! Baby is sleeping a lot, growing finger and toenails, and breathing amniotic fluid to practice their first breaths in the real world!

At this stage in pregnancy, you’re probably feeling a lot of pelvic pressure, swollen ankles and feet, fatigue, and may even have blurred vision. Rest, relax, and soak in the tub if you can.


It’s important to think about you support system after you give birth. You deserve help! Ask a friend if they can set up a meal train for you, or help you with your errands. Family can pitch in by agreeing to help around the house, handle a few meals, or take older children to appointments during the first few weeks.
