Although this is already week four, pregnancy doesn’t actually begin until the zygote implants into your uterine lining! Implantation usually starts about 6 days after fertilization and takes about 3–4 days to complete.

Baby is smaller than a grain of rice, and you just might be able to see them on ultrasound!
